all-appropriate vaccines)
Bordetella (Kennel Cough Vaccine) (MUST
BE ADMINISTERED WITHIN THE PREVIOUS 6 MONTHS)
Currently on Heartworm Preventative and Flea/Tick Treatment.
All dogs over the age of 7 months must be spayed or neutered.
PROOF OF VACCINES IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ENROLLMENT.
