Doggie VIP Resort of Bluff City agrees to exercise due diligence and reasonable care, and keep the premises sanitary and properly enclosed. All pets are handled or cared for by Doggie VIP Resort staff without liability on Doggie VIP Resort's part for loss or damage from disease, theft, fire, death, escape, injury or harm to persons, other pet(s) or property by said pet(s), or from other unavoidable causes, due diligence and care having been exercised.

Should any pet(s) become ill or seem to be in need of medical attention, Doggie VIP Resort reserves the right to administer aid and to use any available veterinarian. Any expenses so incurred will be paid by the owner of said pet(s) in addition to other fees listed in this agreement.

Owner agrees to pay the rate for daycare in effect on the date the pet(s) is (are) checked into Doggie VIP Resort. Prices are subject to change at any time, without notice. No pet(s) will be released until all charges are paid in full. Late cancellation fees may also be applied for reservations cancelled after 8:00 am on the day of the scheduled reservation. Doggie VIP Resort shall have, and is hereby granted, a lien on the pet(s) for any and all unpaid charges resulting from pet care services, grooming and/or training pet(s) at Doggie VIP Resort.

Owner shall remain liable for complete bill as will as other charges incurred in the care and maintenance of said pet(s) listed on the contract. It is expressly agreed by the Owner and Doggie VIP Resort that Doggie VIP Resort's liability shall in no event exceed the lesser of the current tangible value of a pet of the same breed or the sum of $200.00 per animal. The Owner also agrees to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior of said pet(s) while in the care of Doggie VIP Resort. The Owner of the pet(s) agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees incurred by Doggie VIP Resort in the collections of any daycare services, grooming, training, boarding or other charges incurred by the Owner of the pet(s).

The pet(s) must be current on the following vaccinations: Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Bordetella and Rabies. Valid proof of vaccinations must be presented before pet(s) can be dropped off for daycare or boarding. Owner also agrees to keep the pet(s) on heartworm preventative as well as free from fleas and ticks. Pet(s) arriving with fleas/ticks will be bathed at the Owner's expense. Doggie VIP Resort reserves the right to refuse any dog. Owner agrees to remain current on all pet vaccinations and to provide proof to Doggie VIP Resort of maintenance.

Owner agrees that the pet(s) will be picked up by Owner or a Pre- approved Owner's agent by 7:00 pm, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Late charges may be imposed if necessary.

Owner agrees that their pet(s) may be video taped, photographed, and recorded. Doggie VIP Resort shall be the exclusive owner of the results and all proceeds of such taping, photography, and recordings, with the right, throughout the world, and unlimited number of times in perpetuity, to copyright, to use and to license to others in any manner. The Owner also agrees that the pet(s) may be used in any and all media and in the promotion, advertising, sale, publicizing and exploitation of Doggie VIP Resort.

Note: Aggressive dogs will be carefully evaluated before admitting to day care. Most are not allowed. If your dog is aggressive but still accepted, he/she will not be allowed to play with other dogs. He/she will only be allowed to play with human staff members and will be separated at all times from other dogs. We don't dismiss all aggressive dogs because we know they need time and attention as well, but you must understand we cannot compromise the well being of the other day care guests. We retain the right to choose NOT to admit your dog to day care and/or any other services we offer.
